Jason is awesome!-he also did both of our bathrooms. Obviously, we trusted him enough to do the largest project in our home-complete kitchen remodel. I did my homework and met with 4 contractors. His price was competitive and he was the most knowledgeable. He's responsive,like within hours to emails, minutes to texts. He was respectful of my ignorance to home improvement and I never felt taken advantage of. Always addressed my concerns without hesitation. There were a few small details that didn't turn out as I had planned (mostly dt my design choices) and he immediately came up w a plan how to fix them. He came in exactly at the cost he quoted us, even when he ran in to unexpected things. Definitely recommend him!

Jason showed up on time on the scheduled start date and began his demo work promptly. All of his subs were curteous and knowledgeable. His tile guys did a fantastic job, but they had a tendency to leave the worksite dirty/dusty at the end of the day. At the end of the day, we are very happy with how our bathroom turned out and Jason and his team did a great job. We are planning on using them for another bathroom update/remodel in the near future.

We contacted Jason in late 2011 about the remodel. We talked about what we wanted to accomplish and the associated budget, timeline and his philosophy about his work. We have heard the contractor horror stories, and wanted to avoid having our own.
To put it simply - Jason was great! Here is why:
Great communicator - kept us in the loop about everything that was going on and the pros and cons of the various decisions we would have to make (and made sure we made them in a timely manner). He also responded to any questions/concerns quickly.
Proactive - he let us know up front about some of the issues that we would have and the possible cost that they would bring. For example, we moved our electrical panel by ~3 feet, he explained to us that it could cost us $x more, dependent on how the wiring from the street was done. Luckily, once opened up, it worked in our favor, but there was no surprise to us if it did cost $x more.
Knowledgable/Patience - We had a ton of questions and he answered them all. While designing the space, he gave quite a bit of input concerning what would work best for it, and prior to putting up walls or other hard to reverse decisions, he would walk us through exactly what he was doing and the results of it.
Cost conscious - Jason worked with us and our budget - never did I feel that he tried to push us towards more expensive than we could afford, and he also let us know why less expensive methods would end up costing us more in the long run/wouldn't be happy with the results.
Some other highlights - the work space was always very clean, he delivered the project on time and was very easy to talk to.

Overall the project went very well.  Jason was able to start the project shortly after we met as we had discussed during the initial consultation.  He was thoughtful in his work too, taking the necessary time to thing things through so he got it right the first time.  He also asked questions when they came up, which I appreciated.   He was always receptive to my input and questions as well.

Jason and his team finished the work on time and delivered such a high quality job, that we still continue to get compliments about it. It transformed the whole interior of the building and left all the condo owners really happy.

He does very high quality work, and we can always count on him to get it done on time and on budget. We now use him for all our work, and continue to refer him to others.

Jason was here everyday by 8:00 and when he left, the space was spotless. It's hard having people in your house day in and out. But Jason was so easy to have around. He was very accommodating with occasional conflicts and plan changes.
