Hair Salons/Barbers
She is a little more expensive but I've always liked the work she does. I've never had a problem.

Window Treatment Service
It went fine. All of them were their correct measurement. However two were damaged during shipment, and they were replaced promptly. The only problem we had was I couldnt reach our salesperson after the sale was made. She apparently was very busy.

Mattresses
Customer service was definitely unconcerned, and did not seem to feel any accommodation was necessary. When I insisted that we were not going to pay the delivery charges, they finally discounted the price of the mattress 10%. I only went along with that because we were between a rock and hard place. We had company coming and did not have time to shop around for another matteress. After sleeping on the mattress a few nights we discovered that not only was it terribly uncomfortable but has a funky, moldy smell. Customer service stated that if they discounted the mattress due to the dirty marks on it, we would not ever be able to seek a refund or replacement no matter what. When I agreed to their terms, I had no idea it had the funky smell.

Watch Repair
I FELT MY SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. INSTEAD OF DOING A QUICK FIX HE TOOK THE TIME TO ASSESS THE SITUATION AND FIX THE PROBLEM. I WILL CONTINUE TO GO BACK TO THEM FOR MY WATCH REPAIRS.

WE FELT LIKE KINGS AT JC PENNEY, WHEN WE WANTED TO HAVE HELP WITH OUR CURTAINS FOR OUR LIVING ROOM. WE HAD RECENTLY COME INTO A LITTLE MONEY SO THAT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. THE DESIGNER AT JC PENNEY WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND OUR CURTAINS LOOK FANTASTIC!
