Despite a few delays for scheduling and rain, Ben finished the work quickly and expertly. He was very easy to work with, helped us out by grading some of the surrounding land and helping us get rid of a piece of broken patio. He went beyond what we initially contracted for to give us a really nice looking wall.

Great working with Ben. He came in much lower than the other bids and did the work beautifully in less than one day. He had to delay the project start date by a couple days but gave good notice about it so it wasn't a problem (he was available so quickly after I first contacted him that I didn't mind this, and he still got it finished in time for the excavator to start). Our landscape architect, asphalt contractor and excavator all agreed it is first rate work. I would hire him again (and probably will) and would recommend him to anyone I know.

Ben is very personalable, has numerous years of experience and clearly knows what he’s doing. We obtained several other quotes both lower and much higher, but ultimately went with this company because of the wonderful word of mouth and samples we had seen around town over the years. Our project was of a larger scale and made from heavy duty retaining wall blocks purchased
from Willamette Graystone; we needed to build a 4ft retaining wall, have it set back several feet and build another 4ft wall on top of that, along the entire 80ft length of our property. Ben and his crew showed up on time, were respectful and thorough, did the exact work that was listed in the contract and completed the job in a timely manner. Throughout the duration of the project Ben was very
responsive to our needs and opinions, he genuinely cared to make the project exactly what we envisioned while still making sure everything was secured, stable, and made to last years and years to come. Overall we are very pleased with the project and how it turned out as well as this company’s work ethic and precision. We would definitely use this company again and still continue to let others know about their services.

I got tired of gardening on a steep slope, so Ben built a keystone wall and backed it up with gravel for better drainage.

Rock walls were not as high as we agreed - one was not in the area agreed upon. Much less work was performed than expected, though the contract was vague (our fault also). Mortared stairway fell apart.
