House call is minimum of 89 bucks. Diagnostic for additional units is 68.00 which they did not tell me. They were there within a day of my call, prompt and knowledgeable. I recommend them.

TIM, THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PUNCTUAL (ACTUALLY ARRIVED AN HOUR EARLIER THAN EXPECTED). I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE EFFORT HE TOOK TO KEEP HIS WORK ENVIRONMENT CLEAN. HE WORE BOOTIES TO PROTECT MY CARPET AND SPREAD A DROP SHEET OUT AROUND THE FIREPLACE. AFTER HE WAS FINISHED WITH THE REPAIR HE CLEANED THE FIREPLACE GLASS BEFORE REINSTALLING IT. THE EMPLOYEES I DEALT WITH (INCLUDING THE WOMAN SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENTS) WERE POLITE, WELL PREPARED AND WORKED QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL SERVICE I RECEIVED.

WE WERE ABLE TO USE SOME CERAMIC TILE THAT WE HAD USED IN OUR KITCHEN SO THAT IT WOULD MATCH OUR HEARTH. THE WOOD INSERT WAS INSTALLED REALLY WELL AND OUR HOME HAS A MUCH 'WARMER' FEELING.
