This has been the worst experience of all the lawn care services I have for my various rental properties up and down the coast. It is a rental property, so I guess the moto for Green Pro once they learn this is 'out of sight out of mind or even better', 'we bill but don't actually do the work'. I came into town in March only to find my yard a disaster with everything beyond overgrown. I had 3 bachelor frat boys in the house who didn't care at all and a property manager that didn't do any home inspections or, at minimum, a drive-by. I contacted Green Pro to find out what was going on, and they said that I didn't get moved to the winter schedule and they were sorry. However, I brought up the fact that the roses and brush didn't look like they have ever been done, and was told that I am not paying for that service. I couldn't believe it because that was absolutely part of what I asked to be quoted on and agreed to so I cancelled my service with Green Pro. Now, every month, I still get a bill and have to write them (because they never answer the phone or return a message) asking them to take me off their clearly routine billing. We are now going on 5 months of this nonsense and still no end in sight. When it does, I will update my review only to reflect them finally taking action and ultimately how long it took. I learned of them through the church across the street, which I see has also changed their lawn service provider. If you take the gamble of hiring this company, I hope you have better success than I did.
