Clean Gutters Today or Belcher Allen Gutters Etc

Called night before saying only in neighborhood three days. Argued insistently that pyrethrum (an INSECTICIDE) was best product to kill moss because it was natural. (Not so...it does not affect moss which needs an HERBICIDE, zinc, copper, or several other items to kill it, per Oregon State extension Services) Improperly applied, pyrethrins kill bees and other beneficial insects. He said he is licensed to spray pyrethrins but City of Portland Pesticides Division could find no record of this under "Allen Belcher". He does have a licensed business per Business Registry , and Allen says his State of Oregon license number is 800475-91. We finally agreed he would just clean roof and gutters and manually scrape moss off shed. Allen's employee did blow the leaves off the roof and try to manually brush the moss off the shed roof but did not clean under the mesh leaf barrier in the house roof gutters and said it would cost a lot more than the quote. If you google - Belcher Allen Gutters Etc - and not what he called his business "Clean Gutters Today" you will find disgruntled employee and competitors comments.
