 + -1 moreI had my older bike tuned up. When I picked up the bike, a tire was flat (this is the same tire that an inner tube was replaced). They filled the tire and said it was holding air. By the time I got home the inner tube was bulging out the tire. I took the bike back and they did a "fix", 24 hrs later, I go to ride the bike and the same tire is flat. While it appears the tune up went okay, I still need to take my bike into a different shop to deal with a flat tire.

 + -1 moreOnce the bicycle was ready Cycle World called me. A few days later with the bike at home I rode it around the neighborhood and the chain again kept falling off. I returned the bike to Cycle World and they diagnosed the chain had a bad link and should be replaced. This was an additional charge of course. Overall I wish they would have fixed it all in one trip but I can not complain about their work. Their price seemed reasonable but I am a novice in this area.
Description of Work: I took my bicycle in for maintenance and new tires after it was in storage for years. The Cycle World owner was attentive and helpful in deciding the type tires I needed based on my riding terrain. One of my primary concerns when I took the bicycle in was that the chain kept falling off so I asked them for a derailer adjustment.
