I got on the Angi site to find a garage door repair person. I asked two separate company's to contact me to try to schedule something. I heard back from Brad Salmon within minutes (and this was on a Sunday evening!). We got the project scheduled for that following Tuesday. Tuesday came and Brad communicated with me on the timing as to when he would arrive. He was right on the dot! I had signed up for a discount package and when Brad arrived, he said that I did not need new rollers (one of the things on the discount package) for my garage door for one thing! He did not try to over-sell me at all. And what a friendly man! He took care of the original issue and a couple other things and was done in 45 minutes. I never did hear from the other (big name) company and it's been six days now.... Yes, I would highly recommend Brad Salmon with Beez Garage Door Services - 100%! Thank you again, Brad!!

He went above and beyond the required paperwork for me to make sure I had exactly what I needed for warranty work, which is extremely awesome. Brad and Jose did a great job of removing my very old opener and installing the new opener. They were attentive to every detail, helped explain and program everything and left my garage clean.

The technician spent a few minute analyzing the problem, then went to work installing the faulty parts and was done in less than an hour. He was bright, personable, and efficient.

A recent power bump fried my garage door opener circuit board. Having utilized Beez for previous work, I did not hesitate to call again. Brad promptly returned my call and scheduled for the first mutually convenient time. We discussed options on the phone and once we agreed upon a course of action, Brad gave me a quote over the phone for a new opener installed. Brad arrived as scheduled and performed the work quickly and efficiently and tuned up my door in addition to installing a new opener. Brad's work is excellent. He is thorough, efficient and explains everything in as much or as little detail as you want. He cleaned up everything (including sweeping my garage!) and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Fantastic. From the loud noise every time I used the door I thought I'd need new rollers. He managed to fix my door's noise by fixing the cord, didn't need new rollers. He was great!

Brad was able to come out the same day I called him. He came on time and replaced the spring quickly and professionally with a spring that should last much longer than the original one. We're very happy to be able to open the garage door again!

Called after hours right after the garage door spring snapped and I realized my car was trapped in the garage. Received a call within the hour and was squeezed in the following morning. Service man suggested replacing the one larger spring with two smaller ones for the size/type of door, He also completed some minor maintenance; checked and repaired loose brackets, and replaced/added additional screws. Finished repairs within the estimated hour. Door works great! Happily refer to other folks, and rehire if the need arises.
