Eric (the owner of Bamcon) was on time, and had all the tools, cables and experience to do the job. He came on New Years Day even though I offered a different day. He did a great job despite the size of the TV. His price of $270 included a "channel" to contain the wires and a HDMI cable. Eric was very personable and did an awesome job. I highly recommend him!

Great, couldn't be better! Our only limitation seems to be our learning curves, and Eric has been patient and helpful in addressing those. We appreciate how he has provided advice for us to make smart purchases of additional equipment needed to make the most of what we already had, and his costs have seemed quite reasonable. He has been responsive to our needs, quick to return calls and fit us into his busy schedule; and we are very pleased with the results. Most recently when our equipment seeded to have a glitch, which was seemingly more to do with our cable service, he got back to us immediately, and helped us resolve our problems over the phone at no cost. We have been doing a lot of work on our house since recently moving here, and Eric has been one of the best people to work with here or at our previous place for that matter. We would recommend him without reservation.

Eric was fantastic!  From my first phone call with him, to the hour he spent doing our initial free estimate (where he gave us all kinds of useful information outside of the scope of the job), he was amazingly helpful.  He worked with me to find a good time for his estimate, and for the work he did.  He was punctual and confirmed appointments with me.
One of the mounts turned out to be too large, so he set up my TV on a stand until he could re-order and get the right part.  He did not charge me for setting up the TV temporarily.  He was prompt in reordering the part, and setting a time (that was convenient for me) to come out to finish the installation.  He was thoughtful, careful and asked lots of questions to be sure we were getting just what we wanted and expected.  He went above and beyond in terms of providing information about streaming services and how to use our new devices.
He was careful to treat my house respectfully, cleaned up afterwards, and we couldn't be happier with the final installation results. And to add to that, our final bill was less than the original estimate.  He passed his cost savings on to us when the mounts were cheaper than initially expected.  I would have never known.  I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity.
Not only were we completely satisfied with the work he did, we just plain liked him (as did our cat - the true test of a good human being).  He is a really nice man - enjoyable to work with, and it was a pleasure doing business with him.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs installation services for televisions, sound systems or the like.

Eric showed up on time, worked until the system was working, and provided call back numbers if anything needed adjusting (which it didn't).  Months later, when I was adjusting the settings, I needed help figuring how to put the settings back to where they were to begin with.  I made a call, he helped right over the phone without any charge.

The work went efficiently and all matters were addressed quickly.  Eric is very knowledgeable and answered all questions to my satisfaction.  Eric charged by the hour and the total fee was very fair.

Eric is WONDERFUL! We cannot recommend him highly enough. We bought a new large flatscreen tv, but the delivery crew from the appliance chain from which we purchased the TV weren't helpful. They set up the TV and connected the cables to the dvr, but it was disorganized and inaccessible because the appliance store crew informed us they weren't allowed to touch any other equipment (even though we paid for 'white glove' service). They wouldn't even set up the sound bar we purchased at the same time as the TV. The morning after the TV was delivered and set up, I turned on the TV - we had a beautiful picture, but no audio. I immediately searched Angie's List for someone who could help, and I found Eric at Bamcon! His services description was exactly what we needed, and his reviews were glowing. I see why. I called Eric on a Thursday evening and left a voicemail. He returned my call within the hour and spent at least 20 minutes trying to talk me through possible solutions to our lack of audio. When we couldn't resolve it over the phone, he managed to shoehorn-in an appointment for us in his busy Friday schedule. Eric was very communicative, punctual, very friendly. Eric rearranged our equipment so everything was accessible, reconnected the equipment, set up our home theater audio system, and made sure we knew how to operate the remotes for the equipment. Eric is very knowledgeable about electronics and is willing to share that knowledge. He answered my many questions and allowed me to hover over his shoulder during his work. He was in and out of our house within an hour. He's a magician with electronics, and we will use him for anything and everything else we need hooked up!

Eric was very easy to work with on this project. He help me by screening all the correct components that I purchased on line. He originally quoted $780.00 for the install, but the job work out so easily that the final cost came to $625.00. Needless to say I was very happy. Eric does very good work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

Eric responded to our e-mail right away, was prompt, curteous and efficent. He is obvioulsy very knowledgeable. He wore booties on his shoes to protect our carpet and left everything spotless.

Called Eric last week and he came as soon as he could although this was a very busy season for him. Did a very thorough job replacing the new DVD player and tested all the other equipment. I had used him about 6 months ago and was very impressed with his expertise and efficient way he dealt with our components. Would recommend him to everyone.

Great. Eric (the owner of the company) consulted with us and educated us extensively every steo of the wall-mount of the television. He went out of his way to adjust optimal cable lengths, removed the extra unneeded cables for re-use/recycle, bundled the cables neatly, and in general could not have been a nicer, more educated and capable installer. He came in under estimate, we would cheerfully call them again.

Eric did a professional job hooking up our system. Everything went smoothly. Hes was organized and courteous.

Arrived a little late but called to say traffic hold up would be just about ten more minutes. Pleasant and got right to doing the job after asking were I wanted TV put etc. Organized, professional, very tidy, and cleaned up afterwards, vacuumed carpet. Showed how to program TV and DVD also set both to give best picture. Instructed if any problems with programming the controllers to call him. Price was very reasonable less than expected. Talking to him, he had a lot of experience installing large entertainment systems.
