Excellent experience. Nathan came right out and provided us with an estimate that detailed the process and products used for the work that he would do. He communicated fully with us from day one and navigated weather challenges with skillful efficiency. He is dedicated to customer satifaction and we were thrilled with the work that he did for us. We never dreamed that our old asphalt could look brand new again! In addition to being responsible and reliable he is a really nice guy. We highly recommend Nathan and AAM LLC and we will continue to rely on his service and quality work in the future.

Quick response and extremely attentive to our needs. At first, Nathan was too busy to take the job, so he referred us to another business. He called back a few days later to see if I had any luck getting scheduled. I hadn't. He said a spot opened up so he was able to fit me in that same week! Did a nice job cleaning, filling cracks, and resealing our asphalt driveway. The only negative aspect was that some areas of the product didn't adhere very well and was wearing away a year later.

This is one of the most responsive and dependable companies that I have dealt with. From the bid to job completion they were on time and responded to all of my questions. I wanted to know if seal coating would ****** moss growth, Nathan researched that question and reported that he could not guarantee it. I decided to proceed anyway because I had seen their work in my neighborhood. Process includes mechanical cleaning of the asphalt followed by two coats of seal coat. First coat has to dry before second coat is applied. Generally this can be done in one day. Crew took extra care with the edge next to a concrete pad. Overall experience was very positive.

Beautifully. Now we will see how long it lasts. I think we will get good mileage from it because Nathan cleaned the driveway carefully before sealing it.

It went great! There are six homes on our street, and we divided the cost evenly among each household. Nathan provided an estimate within a couple of days after we contacted him. He was very professional, and once we accepted his bid, he gave us a firm date for the start of the sealing project. He provided very specific instructions to let us know timing and what to expect during the process. He came on time and finished the project ahead of schedule. He also noted a couple of trouble spots that needed follow-up. He scheduled and completed the follow-up as efficiently as he had for the original project.

Great! Nathan was quick to respond and did an excellent job. He actually was too booked to take the job at first; gave me names of others to call. He called me back a few days later to see if I had found anyone--I had not. He was able to take the job afterall since he was freed up.

Nathan came out within a day of my call to give me a written estimate after measuring and assessing my driveway. He explained everything that he proposed needed doing and answered all my questions.  I called back a few days later to accept his bid and he promptly put me on his schedule, accommodating a delay on my part of being out of town.
He and his crew showed up exactly when promised, on time, and cleaned, repaired cracks, and  sealed the driveway.  He was able to come back to put a second seal coat on the driveway later in the afternoon, after re-blowing fallen autumn leaves!  The driveway looks great and I would recommend this company heartily.

I got three bids for the work. Affordable Asphalt Maintenance was substantially cheaper than the other two, which the owner explained was possible because he is a small operator doing his own work and happy to have smaller jobs. He scheduled me at a convenient time and arrived on time. I was a bit surprised to learn that repairing cracks does not include patching small holes and divots. I was told that doing this with the crack repair machine would not durably repair the divots but would leave the driveway looking as though it had the measles. I accepted the explanation. They did leave a bucket of sealant for me to apply additional coats to the deeper divots. This turned out to be very easy and did help. The original bid was for two coats of sealant but I agreed to one coat with a price adjustment when the owner said he thought one coat would be sufficient (he was perfectly willing to apply a second coat for the original price had I wanted it).
Overall I was extremely satisfied with the experience and believe I got excellent value for the price paid. Perhaps one of the much more expensive bids would have provided marginally better quality but I am quite sure not enough to justify the price difference.

Driveway seal coat was efficient and on time with minimal impact on household

Nathan called on Tuesday and asked if he could do job on Wednesday and Thursday.

Scheduling was difficult because of weather, but they squeezed the work in during the last dry spell before winter rains. We were pleased with the result, and pleased about their scheduling flexibility.

After initial phone call, they came by and checked out the driveway. He promptly called me with a bid. They were very busy, but they managed to fit me in since it takes two days. The initial appointment got rained out and had to reschedule. Once the weather cooperated, the work went just as planned. Very good service. Will use again in the future.

As a group of neighbors, we have a private road that had developed a number of cracks that could limit the life of the road. Affordable Asphalt surveyed the damage, offered up an economical solution, and gave us an estimate. They were selected to do the work, which they completed thoroughly, on time, and professionally, with no disruption in the use of the road. We plan to use them again in the future.

During the estimate, I pointed out all the flaws in my driveway. He said that he would be able to repair everything without a problem. He was upfront about everything; paying attention to every little detail. The finished product was beautiful; all of the neighbors are raving about the finished product. I later had him come back out to do some touch-ups. He made time in his busy schedule to come back out with no questions asked. He never shied away from the original estimate he gave me. I would highly recommend him!

Nathan and his helper did an outstanding job! Their bid was $100 cheaper than what I paid for the same service four years ago. Also, their bid was $800.00 less than the competing bid I received. The cracks in the driveway were repaired with tar sealer and the seal coating was applied. Nathan and his helper applied the seal coating in a very professional manner insuring that areas needing tapping were done so, thereby, eliminating splattering. This is the forth time I have had this driveway seal coated, and I feel that this is by far the best result. I will use Nathan and Affordable Asphalt in the future.

I emailed Nathan for an estimate, and gave him a detailed description. He emailed me back within a couple of hours with a detailed estimate/contract. I signed it and sent it back to him. He emailed me to let me know he could come out in about 2 weeks. At the beginning of the week, he emailed to confirm that Thursday in the afternoon would work. I told him it would. On Thursday at about 1pm, I called to see if he was still going to come. He was done! He told me that he would email the invoice, and I could mail him a check (or with a card for a tiny fee). I went home and found a wonderful job, with no mess at all left behind. My driveway was taped off and the job is immaculate. I'm so pleased! I've already given his name to one other person and can't say enough good about him.

This was a great transaction. Nathan was courteous and kept me well informed through the process until the job was complete. The driveway looks great!

I found out later that they had already done work for my neighbor and they loved them. So they came back to the neighborhood and did four more including my driveway. They were on time and responded immediately. They came out when they said they would. He did a little bit of extra patch work around the sidewalk and didn't charge me extra. He left everything clean. I have no complaints. I would rate him overall an A.
