Great work! Arrived on time and finished when promised. Stains removed and wood floors, wall corners and banisters protected. Carpets look revitalized and fresh again! 3 bedrooms, 1 bonus room, 2 flights of stairs, 1 small hallway.

I have used them multiple times to clean my carpets and they are always extremely helpful and do a great job.  I will continue to use them and recommend them highly.

I found A+ on Angie's list. I called them to get an estimate using the offered coupon. They price they quoted was about the same as other companies I had contacted. I told them I wanted to schedule the cleaning and he asked if later that morning would work for me. I said yes and the tech called me in about 15 minutes and told me he would be at my home within an hour. He arrived as promised. My carpet had not been cleaned in over a year and was very dirty. He did an excellent job and it looks like new. The tech was very pleasant professional and easy to work with.

Dennis did the impossible and cleaned our old dirty "white" carpeting and made it look brand new a truly bright white!! He saved us the cost of new carpeting and made it possible for us to sell our home for top dollar!!
Bottom line: Dennis is the best in town!! He loves his work and treats his customers like gold!!  If you want it done right and on time for a reasonable price...A+ is the company and Dennis is the man!!

Dennis did a really great job on all of the carpeting in my home. He was on time,professional and courteous.
We had very heavy and unsightly traffic areas in the upstairs hallway and entry area of an office. We tried everything to remove those stains....then we called Dennis, owner of A+ Carpet Care. and he really worked and worked and worked some more to get all those nasty stains out. When he was done the carpets looked new!! Just great!!
Dennis went above and beyond and his prices are really great. I would and will recommend him to all my friends and family!!

Dennis was prompt, professional and did a good job getting the carpets cleaned.  This was just routine carpet maintenance so the job was pretty easy.  Nonetheless, he went above and beyond the basic service to ensure I was happy with his work.  I would highly recommend A+ carpet care based on my experience.

A-1 did a great job cleaning all the carpeting including getting out some pet stains which I did not think could be removed. The carpeting looked great when finished and I would definitely call them again.

This is the second time I have worked with A+ Carpet Care.  I originally found the company based on their reviews on Angie's List. It was my pleasure to have Dennis back.  He does a great job, loves my dog, and is very fair on his pricing.  He is quick to return calls, and is prompt with his appointments.  He is also great at communicating any changes by checking to see if it would work in my schedule to come early as he was running ahead of time.  My carpets are clean and my house smells great - thank you Dennis!

I ordered the special carpet  that was offered: (Only $120 for Carpet Cleaning, Pre-Treatment & Protectant 4 Areas)
I originally wanted all 3 upstairs bedrooms and the loft area cleaned (4 areas).  I talked to them about doing the stairs over the phone and  thought we agreed upon an additional 30.00 for cleaning the stairs too.
I was unable to be there, but my son was home so I left him with the money for the cleaning.
I got a call that there was an issue about the square footage that I wanted cleaned and that the stairs would cost more than 30.00.
The new cost would be around 220.00 instead of the 150.00.
 
The upstairs of my house is 1000 sq feet.   I have two large bathrooms (one with a master closet) , a laundry room, and the area the stairs take.   That should be subtracted from the square footage.   But it was over the 600 square feet that the special was for...
We negotiated not cleaning the Master Bedroom.  Though  there wasn't much carpet area to clean due to the size of the bed and furniture (it's important to know they estimate the entire room,  not the area they have to clean).  My Master bedroom didn't have that much carpet area.        They also said they wouldn't use any "Protectant" on the carpet for me to get the price.
So basically I felt we had communication problems and unfortunately my Master Bedroom still needs to be cleaned.

Dennis has been cleaning our carpets for about 8 years now and has always done a fantastic job.  He is professional, conscientious  & reliable.  He also give us other great cleaning tips!  I would highly recommend his company.  

Very friendly owner-operater arrived and assessed then set about to try to fix my smelly carpet problem. Although he advised that I may ultimately need to replace the carpet he was willing to try and the results were fantastic. I asked A+ to come back a second time, nine months later,  when we were ready for a re-cleaning and he worked the same magic a second time.  I don't have stinky dog anymore but I will ask A+ to return anyway.

It was great.  Workman called about 20 minuted before arrival.  The job was well done - the carpet looks great; even one old grease spot is gone.This was our second experience with this firm and it won't be our last.

First thing, cleaner was late by about an hour.  Although he called to say he was going to be late, didn't seem like he had a valid excuse and his being late made my husband late for work.  Cleaned surfaces OK, but didn't seem to work very hard to get stains out.  Cleaning seemed spotty and not very thorough.

They were prompt in returning my phone call and were able to squeeze me into their schedule the following day.  Carpets look great and the house smells fresh despite three indoor dogs.

This is the second time I have used this company to clean my carpets.  I have a number of cats and my carpets take a beating!  This time the presenting problem was an extensive number of vomit spots as I have a very sick cat.  In the space of two hours my beige carpets looked like new.  Fortunately it wasn't necessary to treat for urine spots this time, as the treatment they applied to the carpets during their first visit about nine months ago basically put a stop to the marking that had been going on prior to that first cleaning.  I strongly recommend this company to anyone with pets!

I worked with Dennis who promptly answered my call and set up an appointment to give me an estimate two days later.  He arrived on time, gave me a very fair price and did an amazing job with both my carpets and some problem areas on a few chairs.  He was able to remove the stains and make even my stairs look new.  The whole house looks and smells great thanks to his work.  In the past I have had other companies try to up sell me on different treatments, nickel and dime me about square footage, and make me feel guilty for owning a dog.  Dennis was totally different - he even liked my dog!  I appreciate his professionalism, he earned my trust, and I will heartily recommend him to my friends.  Overall a great experience!

This was a great experience.  I called on Thursday, expecting to arrange service for the following week, but he was actually able to come the next day.  He was a little delayed by heavy traffic, but worked so quickly that I easily remained on schedule for my day.  Very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough service.  He even knocked some off the estimate once he saw the actual size of my space/carpets.  I would highly recommend A+ Carpet Care.
