I am not sure of the price, as the price was not broken out in my home build estimate. It?s complicated. The glass was installed new at construction, however it was easily scratched and the contractor, architect contacted Bergerson for replacement glass. To my understanding all of them believed the glass provided had not been heat treated properly. Bergerson and the contractor did a price share and agreed to replace the glass. After many months of delay after delay the glass finally arrived. When the first shipment arrived it was damaged and was not installed. We had to wait weeks for the second replacement. The new delivered glass wasn't of the same specification as the original. There was a blue green tint and was completely different than what he agreed to send. I have dozens of emails confirming specification of replacement glass. When questioned he decided that what he sent would work OK. As mentioned it was of a different tint and I was forced to replace three other large glass windows to match those that were sent.
In early December I noticed a streak on surface #2. I.e. The glass surface facing the exterior is #1, the next surface is #2.
I sent photos and Bergerson?s response was to tell me they were contacting their supplier. First email contact for this problem was Jan 28-15. His response was Feb 3-15. I asked again on Feb 24-15 and again on March 14. No response so far.Licensing
