He was on time, really attentive to cleanliness, and just a nice guy to interact with. He checked two fireplaces and a stove, determined that the chimneys did not need cleaned and spent some time explaining about our rather unique fireplace. His bill was exactly what he said it would be.

Went very well, Fred had to make a return visit to install furnace venting do to lack of information on extent on damage and sizing. Had all the tools required and did the work in a professional manner.
