This was an Angi contractor job for roof repair. Contractor did no work. But Angi still took over $500 from my bank account.

Rigo Guzman was a pleasure to deal with. He was the first one to respond to my wide net of emergency emails I sent out at 10:30pm one night when we had a very bad leak ruin some of our home interior. He was at my home by Noon the following day and had my roof patched and protected in an hour. He was a real blessing! Next, I was very upset at the cost of a new roof which was badly needed, but he was able to work with me on price and even got the job done a few days later. A whole new roof in just 2 days! His team was fast, friendly and answered my questions. They cleaned up as best they could (we had a wind storm) and then Rigo himself showed up the next day to get leftover trash and scraps. I cannot tell you how wonderful an experience I had. I am getting emotional just writing this. He made the nightmare of our leak and needing an entire new roof as easy and painless as he could. I am beyond grateful for him and really wish all business owners took a page from his book. A++++ service!

West Coast Roofers did an excellent job replacing our asphalt roof. The workers were professional and courteous. Any issues that came up were brought to my attention with suggested solutions and my buy-off before they proceeded. We have 5 sky lights and all were reflashed and look great. My property was cleaned each evening before they left for the day and a thorough clean-up was performed prior to departure when the job was completed. I would highly recommend using West Coast Roofers.

We had our older shake roof replaced with asphalt shingles. Rigo and his crew did a fantastic job. Communication was easy, work was well done and finished product exceeded expectations. A total 5 star job well done!

Very careful workers, they took the old roof off without dropping anything or harming my wifeâ s flower bed. They did a complete cleanup after new roof was installed on gazebo. Price was higher than the other contractor contacted, yet it proved to be the right choice. I would hire them again, without question.

I had a great experience with this company. Everything was explained to me by Rigo. He was very professional and kept me informed of what was going on. I had great service and great work done. They were amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed a roof done!

After purchasing a 30-year roof 14-years ago along with the professional install, and having it fail miserably in multiple places, I was not happy about having to re-roof my house. I contacted four roofing businesses and a general contractor to come over and bid for the job. They all said that I would need a complete tear off (two layers), CDX plywood install, all new underlayments/ice and water, new vents, metal valleys, flashings etcâ ¦ They all agreed that I pretty much needed to start from scratch and that I would need to cut out the mold and dry rot before adding a new roof. After multiple conversations with the various bidders, I narrowed it down to two. From these two it did not take long to decide to go with West Coast Roofers. From the moment he (Rigo), the owner of West Coast Roofers, walked in, I could tell that I would be in good hands. West Coast Roofers was not the least expensive. That is why contender number two stayed a contender. Everyone loves saving money, right. Contender number two was not forthcoming with answering questions and being vague on his bid. However, West Coast Roofers was always quick to respond to text or phone calls. He was very transparent in what needed to be done and he did not mind that I decided to change the original job and have the box vents removed and replaced with Ridge Vents and Smart Vents. Note: The other contenders were priced substantially higher. I highly recommend West Coast Roofers. They did an amazing job. The owner is great. The cleanup was good. I am very happy with the whole process. And, I have the best-looking roof in the neighborhood. Thanks, dg

The best part of my experience with West Coast Roofers is how quickly they responded. I met with Rigo on a Wednesday, and the work was completed Saturday afternoon! Such a relief. He was also very clear and professional about his advice and why certain materials were recommended for the job. I was also pleased to find someone to do a smaller job so quickly. I would highly recommend this company!!!

They charged me 700$ more than than another co. Bid.i chose them because they are a small business and I like to supportthem

Rigo was very nice to work with. He was on time to appointments, very professional, competively priced and went out of his way to get the repair done before the rain came! I would definitely hire him again.
