Terry Shumway is the most professional, dedicated real estate agent I've ever worked with in the past 20 years. She's an excellent negotiator whether she's representing her client as a Buyer's agent or a seller's agent. She goes far over and above the normal expectations, and kept in constant communication with us, which is so important when buying or selling a home. When things get stressful she maintained her professionalism and never got upset. Terry also followed through with the entire home inspection process. She accompanied me to the closing appointment, and even offered to pick me up. I've never found a realtor this dedicated and would heartily recommend her.
