Gave thorough estimate of either partial replacement or complete replacement. Very knowledgeable and was helpful in explaining the consequence of a partial replacement (how long it would last).  Answered my questions well.  Started project when he said he would.  Most impressive, did not work on the day there was a major snowstorm (no surprise), but the day that the roof was ok to work on again, they were back.  Though he himself did not do all the work, he closely supervised his employees.  The cleanup was complete. He was extremely gracious with me regarding a delay in my paying him. I will use his services again and recommend him highly to anyone looking for a mason's services. 

They do high quality work. They cut and put together a mosaic limestone facing and tuck pointed 2 of my chimneys while grinding out old mortar and putting in new.

We did a major renovation on a 1912 house, and Ron Summers and Summers Masonry did all the concrete work on the project.
Ron is professional, dependable, and his work always came in on time and exactly as bid. His work is extremely high quality and working with him is pleasant and easy.
Everything on our project related to Summers Masonry went very well. We have the highest regard for they work they do.
After they worked on our basement, it's gone from a lake every time it rains hard to dry as a bone. And the driveway (including an integrated drain and cast iron grate) is beautiful.
I highly recommend Summers masonry, and would work with him again without hesitation.

Ron and his crew are exceptionally easy to work with. They were a pleasure to be around, very detail oriented and always left the area clean at the end of the day. The job took about three weeks to complete and they worked without disruption. I never had to worry if they were going to show up. The job turned out really well. I would recommend them without reservation.

They did excellent work. The chimneys look almost original and and all gaps were filled. The new limestone-faced fireplace and hearth are beautiful, and the detailing (e.g. spacing between tiles) was precise. They removed the old debris and cleaned up very well, and they were very professional and good to have around and in my house.

Outstanding! The work is very well done. Ron did masonry work for our front entrance/steps. It's beautifully done. We've had compliments on the paver work. He is a pleasure to work with as he seems to be always happy. He knows his stuff. We have confidence in what he does.

They started the job only a couple days after the start date proposed a month earlier. They worked long days to complete the job on schedule. They were very professional and careful to protect my house; their work was of very high quality. The chimney work required a scaffold up to the third floor, grinding out the old mortar joints and tuck pointing. Rebuilding the fireplace was a complex project (tearout of old stone, brick and tile, installation of a new firebrick interior, new facing block, releveling the sloped concrete hearth, cutting and installing limestone tile, grouting and cleanup. The end product was great. They cleaned up the site very well and did it all at the bid price. I didn't get bids from others, but the cost seemed reasonable given the size of the job, the number of workers involved, and the quality of their work.

Ron Summers came out to give us a bid. He was great about following up with us and answered questions and concerns we had about the project. Another company told us that they could reuse the brick, but Ron explained that all of the brick was failing because it had been covered in stucco. Ron and his crew were going to arrive on a Thursday, but due to another job were going to be there on Monday instead. Ron called and explained the delay, which I thought was great. We've had so many people not communicate with us, so we really appreciated it. They showed up at 7:30 on a Monday morning and got to work building the five story scaffolding and began the tear down. They were very respectful of our home, roof and landscaping. They worked every day until 6/6:30 and cleaned up the entire area when they finished that Thursday afternoon. They even vacuumed out the four fireplaces that debris had fallen into during the construction. It was very refreshing to have a company communicate, show up when they said they would, do the work from start to finish without a hitch or delay, and clean up after themselves. It was a very worry-free experience.

Ron was great, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, even after we changed our minds following the completion of a section of work. We havde since gotten many compliments from the neighbors, and several of them have contacted Ron regarding work on their houses.
