Exterior Painting
Use his services. He's not big on the Internet, when I first met him he wasn't even sure how he ended up on Angie's List. He simply charges by the hour and then gets to work, and work he does! Simple, basic, good old fashioned work ethic with an eye to his craft. Honest and no-nonsense. We will use him again.

Exterior Painting
It couldn't have gone better. Steve is your classic "Iowa-farm-boy" that is no-nonsense and works very hard (and efficiently). I can't say enough about him. Because he's a one-man business (but hires a regular second man for many large jobs), he doesn't bit the work. He works "time-and-materials"... passing his paint cost on to us. His rate was an unbelievable $25/hour, but is now $30. We had the work done last September (5 months ago), and we're having him out again for some interior work.
