I highly recommend Stella Construction. Micah and his crew were incredibly polite and professional. We needed a fence installed quickly, he fit us in on a time line and was very efficient. He will have our business in the future.

I highly recommend Stellar Construction for a deck installation. In October 2017 they installed a new Timbertech deck 10 feet x 25 feet. It took them less than a week to install it from start to finish in addition to tearing off the old one. I was very happy with the professional service I received from this company. The owner, Micah, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I had concerning this new decking surface (using hidden fasteners and stair design). I love my new deck and look forward to using it next year.

Micah and his crew were easy to work with, professional, and helpful. We had to make a change to the plan after the framing had already been put in place, but Micah was accommodating and helped us make the change at a reasonable price and the project was completed in a timely manner. Our fence is beautiful and the gate looks great!

Micah was able to get me in during a busy time as I was having a problem with transients. A last minute addition of a second gate didn't phase him. His crew was able to put the fence up in two days. I'm very pleased.

He was friendly and easy to work with. He was on schedule and did the work quickly. He also was more affordable than the competitors.

Perfect. Initial contact was quick and easy. Estimate was accurate. Crew showed up when they said they would, removed the old fence, cleaned up the posts, put new fence up with quality cedar wood matching my request. Spacing between the boards ('tight spacing' good neighbor fence) and alignment across the top were perfect. Area was left spotless afterwards. The entire process was painless and professional. I will be calling them again when I need more work done.

Micah and his crew was very easy to work with. They were here when they said they would be. When the weather did not always cooperate, they just worked in the rain. My deck looks fantastic and I am very happy with the workmanship. They had good knowledge of the products they were working with and installed things very professionally. Poor quality materials (the cheap stuff for sure), very poor craftsmanship, very poor followup to resolve issue with cracked cedar board at place of latch install. The wood was supposed to be tight-knot cedar but the knots are already starting to fall out (??), wasn't expecting this to happen 7 months post-install. The guy also consistently put the bad side of the board out and the good side in, go figure??? Also, the gate cracked where the latch was screwed into the gate (crack approximately 7 inches long now and cracking more each time the gate is closed), had only been used a few times by tenants before the problem was reported to me. I emailed Micah to tell him about the cracked gate and he said he would take a look--he tried to salvage the cracked board by using bigger screws to reattach the gate latch but totally stripped the screw holes out and the screws actually fell out. When I went by to see what had been done, it was worse than before he fixed it. The gate was bad the day they put it in, poor quality, poor install of gate latch, maybe wrong choice for gate latch, don't really know. Also, the fence was built in September and by January the fence had big, ugly 12-inch-long black streaks going down each board where the cheap nails were nailed in, 6 on each board, bleed-out from the nails he used. Let's see...what else. Did I mention that the fence was built on a slope and they nailed a big ugly 10-12-inch-wide pressure-treated board on the bottom of the fence for maybe 25 feet of the fence to cover up the gap at the bottom? Let's see, what else? Did I mention I asked for the black powder-coated brackets for the fence posts?? He told me to buy a can of black spray paint, that he was putting in the galvanized brackets. Did I mention they left most of the concrete in the ground from the old fence--I guess the next fence guy will have to remove that, just not them. As far as the really positive and complimentary reviews I read here on Angie's List, they have to be relatives!! Very poor quality, nothing else to say.

It went excellently! Work was done quickly and professionally! Best contractor I have ever encountered. Very good customer service. The crew was professional and did amazing work! This is the only contractor we'll ever use. Special thanks to Micah who was patient with all our demands and to Mark who did great work.

We absolutely ADORED Micha and the fine hardworking men that work for him. They were always there when they said they would be, they were spot on on the estimate (s). ( Even when my husband threw them a curve ball now and then, and they had to back up and regroup because he changed our mind) They always left our yard cleaner than when they found it. They listened, laughed with me. Felt bad when the snow got in the way. Hustled double time to BE on time. Take it from homeowners that have had at least 120 thousand dollars worth of work done inside and outside since we bought this house 8 months ago. We have had good, bad,crooked,cheap,expensive contractors here and they were the best. No doubt about it. Thank you stellar construction! Your very satisfied customers Jeff and Lynn

We started the process in June but didn't actually begin work until Sept. Had deck built first but had a two month delay because of issues uncovered in demo before we could finish the cover. Finally got cover built in Nov. Looks great & done to my requirements. While I got what I wanted in the final product, it was made more difficult because of communication issues & scheduling.

It went really good. The fence is beautiful. The railing is also very well built.

I've never felt compelled to write a review before. Micah & his team were a pleasure to work with. We ran into a bump along the way, as most projects do, but the wrinkles were ironed out in no time and to my complete satisfaction. Superior work at a reasonable price. I wish I meet Micah earlier for other projects which didn't turn out so well. Trust me when I say that you do not need to look any further for a contractor!

The fence looks awesome. We had a deadline and they were able to fit us in. I had a concern after the job was complete and Micah corrected it promptly!

I am disabled and when I first met with Micah, I requested that he give me ideas and costs on a relatively maintenance free deck. He
 was very prompt in getting back to me with ideas and costs.  He was right on track with his estimated start date. which was in
approximately four weeks.  Due to his planning and recommendations I now have a larger deck which I will enjoy for many years to come.
The products used are virtually maintenan a joy toce free other than an occasional hosing off.  Micah and his crew were a joy to work with.
I would definitely recommend him, and would hire again if the need be.

All went very well. Workers arr'd even earlier than planned and got the job(s) done efficiently and cleaned up any messes.

Stellar removed and hauled away old fencing, used high quality cedar for construction. Posts were installed using steel H brackets set in concrete.
