STAINBUSTER

They did a fantastic job and I am always happy with the work they do. I have hired them several times since I moved into my new house. They are always on time and very professional when I call. They do give me a discount for being on a regular schedule with them.

They were really good.

Stainbusters is very neat and punctual. They always give a courtesy call before coming out (prior to arrival). We have reffered them to others, and always have heard good things.

Ron met me at job site (rental). He called a half hour earlier than scheduled, so I had to rush, and that felt weird. Told me to return about 2 hours later. When I got there he said equipment had to be borrowed, as his, which was supposed to have been repaired, had evidently not been. He had just returned and was just starting! So, I came back in two MORE hours. The carpet looked good, so I paid him, about $40 more than his highest phone estimate, but the carpet was very dirty so that was okay. Then after he left I found that the whole place was SOAKING wet. Just totally swamped everywhere. (might have been the borrowed equipment, but Ron didn't mention it) It took days to dry, even with the heat turned high. AND, after it dried, all the stains began to show again! So, I got out the stain remover, and proceeded to remove them myself. I did pretty well, looks much better. But overall, I wasn't too pleased with the work the Stainbuster did.

I DIDN'T THINK THE STAINS HAD ANY HOPE OF COMING OUT. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I SAW HOW CLEAN IT WAS. THE TWO GENTLEMEN WHO DID THE WORK WERE VERY POLITE, AND EFFICIENT. I WAS QUITE HAPPY.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO COME ONE DAY AND THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. I CALLED IN AND THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A MISUNDERSTANDING BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME THE NEXT DAY. WHEN WE CAME TO AN UNDERSTANDING OF THEM TO COME THEY WERE AN HOUR LATE. WHEN THEY DID COME THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
