They are honest and nice young guys (early 40's). They said one of their selling points in that they have never gone over their budgeted amount and they didn't this time. They weren't the cheapest, but they were very good structurally and very easy to work with. He is usually more of a framer than a general contractor and we threw him a curve. We found some people that were cheaper on a few items and we asked that we use those people and they didn't come exactly when he would have liked them to come. He hasn't been a general contractor that long. He is good to work with and keeps you informed of where they are. He is very knowledgeable in structural and procedures. He did above and beyond what we had asked him to do without any increase in price. If he was unable to be here, he would call and let us know. We would use them again if we needed and we would recommend him.
