We had originally planned to put down tile, but instead of letting us spend a lot of money and have a problem in the future, he explained to us that we are in an area where an earthquake and our old style house would equal the floor all coming up. He suggested several other choices in our color in a nice flooring that we love at a local dealer. He was more interested in our happiness in the long run than his pocketbook. We appreciated that. The floor is great!
