Both jobs went well and inside the scheduled time frame. With the removal of windows and drywall and re-installation of both, there was a lot of dust that was well contained by plastic sheeting that he installed temporarily. Overall, the results are well worth the small inconvenience of construction. We could not be happier with the results and we recommend this company to other potential clients.

My house was always required to be in a state of readiness for him to work, and very little got done. Other contractors that worked on the job advised me to take action because it was wrong. Schneider Construction billed me, allowing some adjustments for uncompleted work, but at the same time summited a side bill for items claimed to be done outside the contract. Case in point, billed for closet shelves that were never installed. The uncut wood still sits in my garage. Please, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. BTW if you would like to see the work they did that can be arranged.
