Mr. Smith is one of Gresham's best kept secrets. Mr. Smith is prompt, efficient, neat with the repairs and willing to do even the smallest of jobs. I immediately went out and bought a kitchen faucet for him to replace and he scheduled me for Monday (this is Saturday). Don't hesitate to use his services as he is extremely reasonable and a real gentleman. Well beyond my expectation.
