We were completely impressed with Richard's professional work. He takes his art seriously (and for him, this is definitely an art, not just "work"). We watched him carefully and meticulously select each stone so it would be the proper size and fit for the space. He showed up (with a couple of minor exceptions) on time and as promised. He fulfilled his quote and completed the work on time. We were absolutely delighted with the quality of his craftsmanship, and his friendly nature, which made him very easy to be around (he was also really nice to our kids and our dog!)
