Thanks for the great experience, all! We bought a top of the line oven and cooktop, with extra accessories. The sales staff was great, and so helpful. We didn't feel pressured by sales people, but got lots of information over course of several months, while trying to find solutions to some unique issues in our kitchen. Any other showroom might've tired of trying to help us, with our complex situation and countless phone calls, but Reigelmann's happily helped us all the way through, still giving us the lowest price anywhere. Delivery was professional, friendly and on time. Thanks, one and all!

Waiting on delivery this Wednesday. Very pleased with the store selection and everyone that I did meet at the store.
Their price range fits all needs and instead of hitting the big box stores and you are supporting your local business community
I have only lived in Portland for 3 years came from a small town in upstate NY and always try to shop and use local businesses if I can.

Overall, they were honest and provided good service. They had a great selection and they were really helpful just trying to decide what I should get. They explained the press and cons and what was beneficial about each different machine and helped me determine the best one for me.

When I told the salesmen we only had space for a 24and quot; oven he showed me the best of only two options. He even suggested that if there was room to cut a lager space that we could get the next size up 27and quot; and if we paid to have it installed the installer would cut the space to fit the bigger oven at no extra charge. Unfortunately after measuring the space it was clear that we would be getting the 24and quot; oven. Reigelmann's is a good appliance store with very helpful staff and I would shop there again. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't appear to have sales on their appliances. Right now my oven is on sale at Sears for $200 less than what I paid.

I was impressed with the quality of service I received at Riegelmann Appliance. Josh was friendly and efficient. The delivery men were courteous and very careful with the delivery of the range and the protection of the hardwood floors. I intend to purchase future appliances at Riegelmann's.

He had a very good price plus help me with some questions. In one case he steered me away from the next model up in a line.
It does the same job it is just a bit quieter and you really do not need it.
In another case he gave me some advice on another brand I was considering from another store.
I like that they service everything that they sell and with the buying group they belong to I was honestly surprised with the overall cost. They are also storing it for a month for me until I am closer to actually needing them. The costs were good and there was a rebate so I bought them a bit early.
Mike is prompt via phone calls or emails whatever you like.
There is another appliance store much closer to where we live and larger at that but while it was not terrible it was more selling than explaining.

Went to Reiglemans to purchase a new refrigerator and ended up purchasing frig, washer and dryer. Dealt with salesman (Paul) who was very informative, and although price of frig was higher than price point I would have liked, Paul did work with us on overall cost. Delivery was scheduled for the following week; installers arrived on time and were in and out with no problems. The following day we called Paul and requested someone to adjust the refrigerator door; he came out personally the next day and fixed the problem. We are very satisfied with Reiglemans and will shop there again.

I checked out Riegelmann's since they had what I was looking for, and have had poor experiences more than once at another very large local applicance store. I was pleasantly surprised--I was not "attacked" by a salesperson, and they were very friendly, low-pressure people which I like. I also prefer to support local businesses so it was nice to find another local appliance store where I will now make my purchases. I have not used their service department but was happy to hear that they don't outsource, like other stores (that is also where i have had very bad experiences).

Our experience with Reigelmann's Appliance was great. We called them and ordered a new dishwasher and they came right away, installed it and got right out. We use them for all appliance repairs and have bought a stove and other appliances from them.

The last time we had a service call was for my refrigerator was about to die right before Christmas. They came the same day we called and fixed our refrigerator in a matter of hours. We have been very happy with them.

Our dishwasher stopped working, we visited a couple of different stores (big box type) and were given a two to three week installation time out. We visited Riegelmann's, talked to Josh who was amazing! He explained all the different types, price ranges and such. They delivered and installed that afternoon and took the old one away! Their service was great as was the sales department. I was thrilled!

Mickey was the person who helped us at the store, and he helped us find what we were looking for. He threw in a stacking kit at no extra charge (normally $30). We made the purchase on a Saturday, and they were able to have it delivered on Tuesday. The two men delivering and setting up the washer and dryer were on time, courteous, quick, and clean. They moved our old washer and dryer into our garage, though we had the option to have them hauled away. Well worth the $50 for delivery and set-up. Prices for the appliances were comparable with those at Lowe's or Home Depot, with the main difference being that Riegelmann's will send out repair people to fix any problems, rather than you having to deal with it yourself. We will be purchasing the optional 3-yr warranty for both machines, which will total about $250. We will definitely purchase appliances there again in the future.
