lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreI was extremely disappointed with the service of this company. I turned in the equipment with the understanding that it would be a full replacement covered entirely by warranty. After having to CALL the company at least 5 or more times to check on the progress of the repair (I had given up on the replacement possibility through the conflicting conversations of many of the employees of the shop), I was finally told that it would cost me $55.00 to have the weed eater fixed. This quote was given to me (finally) 3 months after I had dropped it off at the shop. What took them so long? Why was the warranty not granted? What were they doing that whole time while I wasted my summer away without a weed eater? I never did get my weed eater back from them. A total waste of a $100 dollar weed eater. When I asked about just getting the broken 1 back, it was not there anymore. Where did it go???
Description of Work: I had a BRAND NEW (Used one time) weed eater with a manufacturers warranty that I took in with a malfunction. I expected, and was told, that I would receive a new weed eater. This was supposed to have been covered by the warranty. I turned the weed eater into Powell Valley Lawn and Garden on or around Aug. 1st (after owning it for less than one month).
