They were terrible, they didn't fix anything. They actually told us that they were going to close the service call and they didn't wanna leave it open because they didn't wanna look bad in front of the insurance company even though the issue was not resolved. They cost us a lot more money.

Not well at all. The wrong type of unit was bid on, and we didn't catch it, so we ended up with the wrong units being installed - had trouble with them from the very beginning. They overheated to the point where they kept flipping the breaker, melted wires and blackened inside the casing. We're fortunate our place didn't burn down. Insulation inside the ducting aparently caused the overheating, it took 2 months for them to figure this out. Plus they billed us for the extra heat strips and labor in that 2 months.
