 + -1 moreWe had courteous and polite treatment from the sales representative with an absence of any pressure or hard sales tactics. They carefully explained the various options and gave advice on the testing for comfort. We selected a mattress and it was delivered on the day and time scheduled. The mattress is very satisfactory and a big improvement over the previous mattress.
