We are delighted to find a rug cleaning business that does not leave a scent, as my husband is highly allergic to many chemicals including perfume.  They were careful of our belongings and very professional. They were trustworthy and pleasant to work with. We felt very secure and are very happy we chose them. And my husband didn't have any bad reactions! A+

Andrew and his  helper, I don't  remember his name, did an outstanding job. They were punctual, courteous , professional and hard workers. This is the first time I've had profesional carpet cleaners. I will use them again. This is much easier and better than doing it myself!

Perfect!  I used Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning because of the reputation and feedback on Angie's List.  I expected the best service and that's exactly what I received.  The two young gentlemen that perform the cleaning were professional, well groomed, polite and attentive to detail.  They arrived when scheduled and began sizing up the area's to be cleaned.  They explained what would be done and answered my questions thoroughly.  They both were knowledgeable about their products and service and obviously have been well trained by the company owner.
Our home has two dogs and two cats, all of which have free roaming ability to come in and out at will.  At last, my wife says that the house smells clean :-)  I will use this company again!

I was thrilled to see how clean the family room carpet was when he finished; the other rooms were immaculate. His associate, Andrew, vacuumed areas to be cleaned first...the truck mounted steam cleaning is exactly what I wanted. All finished areas looked virtually new. I applaud Nick's professionalism, efficiency, quality of service and prompt arrival. I will definitely be using Pacific Steam in the future and will refer family/friends to him. His rate is affordable and the service is superb. I appreciated his attention to detail and use of cleaning products geared to the more difficult stains. He brought in fans to aid the drying process; carpets will be dry within 4-6 hours. There is no 'cleaning' odor. I could not be happier with the result!

The carpets were cleaned well and I was pleased with how everything looked when dry.  However, it took two full days for the carpet to dry.  The carpet was much wetter than we were told it would be.  In the end, it wasn't a huge deal.

The representative was about twenty minutes late in arriving at our home but that was acceptable since we live quite a ways out in the county.  Many of the carpet cleaning companies were not interested in providing services to us because of our location.  Pacific carpet cleaning did a professional job of cleaning our carpets.  Everything looked good when they left our home.

Pacific Steam was quick and efficient. They first vacuumed areas with visible dirt, then proceeded to steam clean all the rooms in under 3 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to see our 12-year-old carpets looking so good! The carpets smelled fresh and were dry in about 6 hours.

I have used Pacific Steam a number of times for carpet cleaning and they always get me an appointment within a week or two.  They show up on time and get the job done quickly.  Carpets were clean and fresh after each service.  Nick does a great job explaining your cleaning options and provides carpet care suggestions.  I will definitely call Nick next time I need some cleaning done.

He was very good.  He quoted a price over the phone, but then when he got here he said another one.  I did not agree and so he did it for the price that he quoted on the phone.  He was on time and he did a good job.

New owner, same great service. Charges were in line with what I paid last time. Nick explained everything he did. Very friendly and considerate. He recommended a stain treatment similar to Scotchguard. I chose not to do it this time around, but it was a very attractive offer in terms of price. Nick arrived on time and got the job done very quickly but thoroughly. Highly recommend this contractor. Licensed and insured.

Tony arrived on time and greeted me pleasantly and professionally. We walked through the house and he confirmed the price we had agreed upon on the telephone. I pointed out a couple of minor stains. The he suggested that I sit down and relax away from his work area. He was done in about an hour. He said that he takes cash or a check for payment. It was money well spent. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
