Brad arrived promptly bringing a new Disposal with him (we had already discussed what type to bring with him over the phone).  He removed the old Disposal, which had been leaking and giving problems, and put the new Disposal in.
We have worked with Brad previously, and have the highest opinion of his skills and professionalism.  We would always call on him any time we have a plumbing problem.

He did work for me twice, the work in July was under $100 for parts and labor and the for the pipe joint, it was under $300.  He did a very good job.  I would use him again.

Brandon Welsh was recommended to us by friends who said he was an excellent plumber, and they were sure right!  He was prompt, courteous, professional and really knows his job.  We showed him how when we turned on the kitchen sink disposal unit the grounds backed up into the double sink.  We also explained that we were new to Portland, having bought our house about nine months ago, and that not only had we never been able to locate the water turnoff, but two different handymen who had worked on our place had also been unable to find the turnoff.  Brandon not only fixed the kitchen sink, but found both the internal and external water turnoffs for us.  He also advised us not to put coffee grounds or eggshells down the disposal, as they tend to stick to older pipes, and suggested getting a water turnoff wrench in case we needed it.  In all, a very satisfactory visit, with our problems taken care of and some helpful advice as well!

He was very professional and scheduled us quickly.  He was on time and completed the job quickly.  He will definitely be our plumber of choice for future repairs and remodeling projects.  Brandon's company had been recommended to us by a friend who had great experiences with him as well.

I called on a Sunday and left a message, requesting work on Monday.  Brandon called back in an hour and set up an appointment.  He arrived right on time.  The shower valve rough in was pretty routine soldering of copper pipe.  But the replacement of the Romal tub faucet, spout, and valve was in a very difficult access area... head and one arm through a tight hole.  I wasn't sure how that would go, but Brandon got in done.
He was polite, skilled, and professional.  I was very happy with his work and would hire him again.

Brandon Welsh was recommended by a family member.  Over the years we have had our share of plumbers come to our home and we think this plumbing company is one of the most professional we have encountered.  We called Brandon and gave him a brief discription of what was needed. He happened to have some time between jobs and said he would come in an hour and, as he had stated, he was here within an hour.  Brandon got right to work and repaired the problems.  He spent a total of about one hour. He was asked about a future project we were planning on and he gave us some valuable advise for that project.
