Adam seems nice enough but his product is extremely poor. He did the preparation and color application to two different concrete floors, both brand new construction. The jobs both turned out terribly from the first go. We ended up with a monochrome drab and dull surface that was too easily scrached. He came back to try to re-do the job and it didn't come out any better. I had a huge white stain that he explained was vapor coming out of the concrete and not his fault. After a ton of research with the supplier of the material, I came to find that the suppliers had major issue with the way that he applied their product. Through my research, I found that dozens of complaints have been filed about this company. We ended up abandoning the concrete surface completely and covering it with other flooring.

We spent more than $8400 to have our pool deck re-surfaced by NW Creative Resurfacing (NWCR) in 2011, and by 2013 it was starting to crack and chip. When I contacted NWCR this spring to ask them to inspect their work and do repairs, I received contradictory information about whether they warranty the product, their work or neither. I've concluded it's neither unless one wants to pay for repairs (materials + labor) -- i.e., they will fix their work during the warranty period at your cost. For $8400, I wish we'd poured new concrete -- now we're looking about about $1500 every few years to repair cracks and reseal -- not to mention the hassle of reporting them to the contractors board. Another client on Yelp also had their pool deck resurfaced by NWCR, and within months their concrete was cracking.
