They came over and discussed my needs, and didn't try to just replace what was there before or oversell me. The company is new but Jay, the owner, is very knowledgeable. They were flexible in working with me. There were a few problems (some of which I caught) and repeat visits, but they made everything work right. They offered a very good value, which made up for the hiccups. Good people. Local and trustworthy.

I watched over his shoulder and he explained what he saw and found as he worked. He was knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. He showed me how to clean the furnace so that I could do so while he went and picked up the part I needed, saving me the cost of having him clean it.

EXCELLENT! THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY NEEDS WHICH WAS GREAT AS I HAD NO HEAT!! THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY ALSO DO WEEKENDS AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!

NORTH VALLEY PERFORMED GREAT WORK. FROM THE INITIAL ESTIMATE UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETE THE EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. GREAT WORK, COMPLETED AS SCHEDULED, AT THE PRICE POINT AGREED UPON. VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD HIRE GREG AND HIS CREW FOR ADDITIONAL PROJECTS.
