Hector Meza called ahead of his visit. He and his crew cut the lawn short; thatched it extensively; spread fertilizer and moss killer; abundantly spread grass seed; covered it with compost/3 way top mix; and lightly racked it. Hauled off all debris and blew off all hard the surfaces. Started and finished the job in one day. They all were very professional and delivered what was quoted. Great crew!

I found Hector Meza of Mezas Landscape and Maintenance LLC on the internet. I was living in Virginia and needed my yard in Troutdale OR cleaned up and mowed as we had retired and were moving from Virginia to our new home in Troutdale. I contacted Hector by email and asked him to drive by our new house in order to give an estimate for the work. I sent Hector photos of the yard sent to me by our management people and the yard looked decent. I hired Hector, sent him a check in advance and when the renters were out he went to the house to mow the grass. What a shock when he find out the yard was 3 feet high. Instead of leaving, Hector spent hours mowing and cleaning the yard, from front to back. At this point he didn't know what kind of a person I really was or if he would get paid for his added time or not. Needless to say I was appalled at what had happened and sent him another check. It just happened that when we pulled into the driveway after a 3,000 mile trip across country, Hector was there maintaining our yard.
That was 4 years ago and Mezas Landscape and Maintenance has maintained our yard without fail. since that time. I cannot express how much I value this company. They have gone way beyond the call of duty to us as customers (and, yes, Hector and his crew have become our friends.)
