They are fantastic to work with. Mark is very detail orientated while being efficient on the job. He takes time to pretreat stains. If the stain will not come out for some reason, it was brought to my attention immediately etc. I have almost hesitated to recommend them because they are so busy. Once you have them you'll have nobody else clean your carpets. They are also very reasonable.

Perfect! I don't remember how I first found him but so glad I did. My carpet looks great when finished and dry very fast. Great job on upholstery and area rugs. One time he came out and left me a bottle of some special stain remover, no charge. That stuff was beyond amazing for spot cleaning.

We've been using Mark to clean our carpets for almost 10 years now. I can't remember how we found him.   He's always been on time - never an issue - and does a fantastic job.  I just let him in, chat for a few minutes to get caught up, and then leave for work. 

We recently remodeled our kitchen and have been eating out of our living/dining room.  We had to move the refrigerator out there and the carpet took quite a beating. Mark came yesterday and it looks amazing! 

I probably would have written a review sometime, but my wife was here to let Mark in and this morning she told me about the interaction she had with Mark and about how "truly nice" he was. 

We highly recommend Mark and Maxcare!

Mark treated the specific area of concern and then steam cleaned the entire carpet. He was very thorough and was able to remove the residue.
