Oleg and his team were fantastic. Less than a week before my move in date, I decided to get the wood floors refinished. Oleg showed up the same day I made the request and gave me a good price! They were flexible with scheduling and were able to complete the job 2 days prior to move in. They entered using a code for my keyless lock so I didn’t even have to be there to let them in. Would definitely hire again. Great communication with a competitive price. Even got a cash discount!

Vadim and Oleg are efficient, reliable, punctual, and they do beautiful work. They do the prep work, too - covering all areas in the room: stairs, cabinets etc.. and even helped remove heavy furniture beforehand, and came back the day after to move it back. I highly recommend them. Their rates are very reasonable, too.

They also removed my furniture and when they put it back, they placed surface savers on all the legs of the chairs etc...I would highly recommend them!

Responsive, professional, and a wealth of knowledge. They were informative about the type of floors I had and the shape my floors were in. They gave me options for repair, were timely with their work, and came back a couple times following payment to check on some questions I had and give me advice for floor care. I would absolutely recommend them.

These guys did a beautiful job on our floors! We are so happy with how they turned out. They explained all the options and costs up front and helped us problem-solve our issues (lots of pet staining). Very happy with the quality and customer service!

Neat, professional , hardworking men who know their business.

We thought the workers were okay. We were disappointed that they did not mask off areas from the dust that formed from the sanding so our entire house was covered in beige dust. It was great deal of additional work for my husband and I to clean it all up. Also, there were a few areas that were rather streaky and when one of the workers came to correct it he did a patch job and it is still obvious. So as I said disappointed.

Great experience with Masterpiece Floors! They are very friendly and responsive and they did a great job refinishing our floors. I also appreciated that they let me know about issues they found that increased the scope before they did the extra work. Would definitely recommend!

Ulrich looks very young and at first I was hesitant, but watching him work ... he is truly an artist when it comes to wood floors. The floors in my 105 year old home came out absolutely beautiful!!
