Mackin's Gresham Auto Body

The job took longer than expected, due to discovery of additional damage as the work progressed. Overall, it took nearly 2 months; much of it waiting for parts or scheduling a subcontractor for engine & transmission work. They kept us fully informed of progress, and of delays as they came up. We have no experience with this kind of work, so no basis for evaluating their charges. We only paid the deductible, and don't know exactly what it cost, but a significant fraction of what we paid for car, new, last year. New paint is impossible to distinguish from original. All the doo-dads, lights, minor controls, etc., etc., have been checked for proper functioning. We took the car to a Mackin's location closer to home, but they transported it at no additional charge to the Gresham location in order to get started on it sooner. We hope to never need their services again, but will definitely go back if we ever need this sort of repair.

Insurance Claim - Professional staff were great to work with. Prompt attention upon my arrival and reasonable time for a quote to be given. Work was performed on my schedule and was well done. One small area was missed but they apologized that it missed their quality control and quickly corrected it.
I would use their services again if needed.

Received auto ahead of schedule, which was nice. Responsive to concerns and cost issues.
