These guys are complete ripoff artists. We had an emergency sewer clog and I should have shopped around more, but instead felt compelled to take the first bid. The bid was to replace all of the sewer pipe that had roots in it. They hired a couple of day laborers to dig down, then replaced only a very small portion of pipe (about 5-6 feet). The sewer scope afterwards showed that just 1-2 feet past the replaced section, was another break in the pipe. They did not touch this even though I felt this was part of the bid. Subsequently, I have had a different excavator install an entire sewer pipe all the way to the street AND decommission a septic tank, and this only cost $2500. LOVETT EXCAVATING completely ripped me off. They are overpriced and do not do a thorough job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
