Fidel spent a lot of time with me during the initial free consultation, talking through options. I'm a newbie so it was helpful to have time to ask questions and understand what sort of custom treatment my home would require with drainage into dirt vs. concrete vs existing sewer pipes. We found some rotten roof during the build process, which he fixed for an additional cost. Felt like his team worked very quickly and with care.

He showed up for work on the day he planned.  He performed the work in two separate days as the gutters were different types.  He came by promptly in December and gave me a written bid with 3 options which I requested.  He was not a high pressure sales guy, just listened to what I wanted, and gave me what I asked for.  I will definitely use him again.

Mr. Bobadilla and his assistant cleaned the debris from the gutter, which entailed removing a section of the screen that covers the gutter, which he trimmed before replacing it.  This has solved the problem of the water running off there, which had been a problem for a couple of years.  He knows his business and worked very efficiently and quickly.  I will call them next spring for cleaning.
He had been referred by All Around Gutter, who I had called after getting an Angie's List recommendation.  They don't do this particular type of roof maintenance.
It was disappointing that the cleaning I had Homemasters do on June 13th hadn't taken care of this problem.
