I can't say enough good things about John Price - after many years in the business, he is truly an expert in roofs and leaks. On top of that, he is one of the most courteous, pleasant and professional contractors we have worked with. When I called about a leaky roof, he came by the same day to diagnose and make the repair. He then called several times to follow up and confirm that the repair had held up during the torrential downpours in the following days, which of course it had. I will happily recommend John to friends and neighbors and he will be our first call for any future roof issues or needs.

The dormer roof was replaced in 8 hours. Cleaning gutters and cleaning off garage roof was completed a different day within 2 hours. The dormer roof was total removed to roof studs, my main part of my roof has old tin shingles, they carefully removed the overlap at the peak of the roof, so to be able to replace the two roofs later. The pitch of the dormer is slight and therefore the old 3 sets of composite shingles were failing badly after 105 years!!!! This was the only place on the roof with composite shingles... don't know why. The crew was primarily 2 on the roof and John Supervising all stages and approving finished work at end of day. I was very happy with results, professionalism and attempts to protect my vegetation. They used a membrane type roof that was torched in place, then tin shingles placed back on spine to complete. Same coloring was chosen to look the best with the tin. They removed all garbage and swept before the sun went down. John returned a different day to scrape and clean my garage roof and clean out all gutters... YEAH!

John was my best contractor. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. His price was very close to what his estimate was. He is also very accessible and made it very easy for me to reach him, even after he was paid. His follow up was excellent.
