5I hired JMA construction to install hardwood floors all throughout the house.
The crew was right on time and got the job done in the time they said they would. They were easy to communicate with and understood/explained some of our concerns. Overall, we were pleased with the experience.
After a month of having the floors installed, we have some relatively minor nitpicks. It looks like in some spots the boards weren't mixed from different boxes. There are definite patches of similar type of boards, some in the center of the living room. There are some 'stair' patterns where the edges of the boards are not random enough. We didn't have new trim installed, so the old trim was put back and was a little scuffed. There are some spots where the boards are just too tight next to each other and raise a little.
Overall - good job with minor nitpicks. It was a big job and so far they seemed to have gotten the important stuff right.

Everything was excellent. They were very accommodating and they did excellent work. They did everything fast. I would highly recommend them.
