I called Shane on a Friday morning and he let me know he was doing a job that day but could come by that evening to look at my project.  When he came by I Immediately felt that he was professional and  easy to talk with.  Not only was the price very reasonable but he was able to schedule the work right away.  He showed up on time and got right to work.  He id a fantastic job on the backslash and followed up the next morning to complete the grouting.  I wouldn't hesitate to have him do work for me in the future.

We are pleased with the results. Initially we contacted Peter Tasch Tile and Stone and he referred us to Shane Ralph (innovation tile and stone). We asked to have an end date in the bid and Shane worked it out. We will use this company again.

Shane did the tile work for our floor to ceiling walk in shower and the matching vanity. The tile work is beautiful! The job was completed in a timely manor and Shane was very professional. We had a small tired step in shower with silding doors. We had the old shower stall removed and expanded the shower space to make for a large walk-in shower. His work is excellent and his attention to detail has made our bathroom a wonder addition to our masterbed room and our home. We look forward to having Shane come back and tile our other bathrooms and bid on our kitchen remodel. We would recommend Shane and his work to anyone.

Shane was a true professional. He came and looked at the project back in January and recommended that I visit a couple of tile stores to get a sense of what was available and what I could do with my bathroom. He came back to my home a second time to do measurements and he sketched a design for the shower and floor area that I thought looked great--so I decided to go with his suggestions. It took me quite a while to find the right tile combination that I felt would work in my bathroom. Once I made the decision and ordered the tile, Shane monitored the shipment as to when the tile would be received. Once the tile was received, he promptly got me scheduled to begin the project. From the time he started to completion, Shane meticulously worked out every detail. He arrived promptly each morning and worked diligently thoughout the day. It was difficult for me to vision what the project would look like upon completion, and at times I would voice my concerns as to whether I liked what he was doing or not. Shane patiently listened to my concerns and assured me that I would be happy with the project upon completion, and as it turned out, he was right because he did a terrific job and I am very happy and pleased with the finished project. I would use Shane again in a heart beat--he was very conscientious, organized, respectful, and quite the craftsman.

I thought that Shane's bid was quite fair. Along with the bid he gave me some ideas about patterns I could use, and went to the store with me to show me which materials I needed to buy. He spent a few hours removing the old tiles one day. Then he spent a full day, most of it with 2 people helping him, installing new tiles. He also constructed a "niche" (or shelf) to hold shampoo and soap on the wall. Several days later he returned to put sealant on the tiles.
He was very attentive to detail, and his workmanship was excellent. I got compliments on it from friends. He also brought an industrial vacuum cleaner with him to clean up the debris, so there was no mess when he left.

Shane arrived at my home to find that while I had adequately prepped my bathroom for travertine, the tile, that I provided, had issues. My supplier had substituted another tile for the one that I had ordered, every tile needed to be recut and the individual tiles of my accents were falling off the sheets en-mass.
Shane never blinked. He worked as go-between with the suppliers to get the tile returned, helped find substitution tile and cut to size the remaining tile. I had roughly sketched out what pattern I wanted and where I wanted it. He followed my instructions exactly and went on to show me better ways to arrange the tile. The results are a work of art!
Shane was as reliable as the sun, his work ethic astounding and the quality of his work was amazing. I felt very lucky to have had him
referred to me.
