The entire hardwood flooring process went very well from start to finish. My real estate agent referred us to Michael and upon initial contact I found him to be very personable and easy to talk to. I didn't know very much about hardwood floor and he took the time to explain everything to me so that I felt comfortable with the product we were purchasing and how he would install it.

Michael allowed us to use his special contractors price (saving us at least $500) to purchase the Hickory my wife and I really wanted, without this special price we would not have been able to afford it.

Michael was very flexible when it came to selecting a specific time to install the hardwood, even willing to work on weekends which he did end up doing. During the installation he worked swiftly and always kept us informed throughout the day taking time to show my wife and I what he was doing and what he planned on doing next.

While Michael was installing the floor my dad and i were in the beginning stages of remodeling our main bathroom. I thought this was going to be an issue but Michael was able to work around us as we were making several trips in and out of the house. Michael also was gracious enough to let us use some of his tools he had in his truck to assist with our remodel in the bathroom and also gave us several tips and ideas for the tile we were going to install.

I believe it took a total of 7 working days to install the 1000 sqaure feet of Hickory, with Michael having help on only one of those days. The floors turned out great! We continue to get compliments when people come over on how wonderful the floor looks.

I would use Michael again if i ever need to install flooring or even other household remodels as they come up. Michael is extremeley kind and a great person to work with. He is very detailed and a perfectionist in the work he did.

During the install we had a family emergency arise and we felt very comfortable leaving Michael in our house and he even called and checked in with us before he left for the day.

Lastly, Michael was also able to order us our molding using his contracters price, saving us at least $100, and since he has a truck he is even going to pick it up from the supplier and deliver it to our house. Overall we are very happy with the work he did and would not hesitate to hire him again.
