House Cleaning
Shanika Woods was late all three times that she cleaned for me, anywhere from 1/2 hr to 1 hr. Our home is a smoke free home and the last time she cleaned she took a smoke break and reentered to finish cleaning. We made an appointment for her to come today at 10:00a and she never arrived or called to say she wouldn't be coming. Not acceptable. The first person that was assigned to clean for us cancelled the evening before she was to come. I'm not feeling very positive of this service and the verification of these two ladies.
