Arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after initial call. Did the connecting work. Was friendly and professional.

They were knowledgeable and helpful.  They were helpful to the point where they suggested ways I could save money by doing some of the work my self and finding the material myself.  He is an individual person and his name is Jack Gallagher.  He is the chief electrician and he is easy to deal with.  We had some discussions on the billing and we came to an amicable agreement.  I called three different companies that were on Angie’s List and one of them returned my call but didn’t keep their appointment.  Jack was the only one who came out and looked at the job and gave me some pricing. The pricing was fair.  

He was prompt, & was honest. Could have definitely changed me for additional parts, I really did not need.

They are a small company. The person who came out was really responsive in coming on short notice because we were getting carpets put in as well. He was responsive in coming and getting the initial set up with the box in, and then the carpet came in, after which he came back and finished the job. I was really happy with their work. The nice part about them is that they?ll do small jobs which a lot of electrical companies won?t do - they?ll do big jobs too. I thought that the price was probably okay but the time they charged me for was a bit high.

They did an excellent job. All of the work passed inspection so I was pleased.

Very happy with quick response and the ability to schedule the next day from original call. Bob showed up when he said he would and completed the task as requested. Overall, very satisfied with experience and would recommend Gallagher to others.
