 + 1 moreOne of the most incompetent snd disinterested companies I have ever dealt with. Ever since they took over from Verizon it has been constant hassles. Botched bills, unable to stop extra charge phone features which I do not want, Cable channels sometimes work and sometimes do not work - but their Program Guide is consistently wrong and worthless.
Description of Work: Messed up billing, messed up phone service, messed up Cable TV.

 + 0 moreI rang them to arrange for internet and phone service at my rental property. We set the installation date for a week and a half later. On the day, they never showed for the appointment. When I called to find out where their technician was they said that they were unable to provide service since they were "full". They had no explanation or apology for not communicating that to me earlier. What unprofessional behavior!

 + 1 moreWe switched to Frontier Secure from Comcast. We are having troubles with the phone service, but we haven't had any problem with the cable or the internet. The fiber optics provided by Frontier Secure is good, it's incredible how good the picture is. I would give Frontier Secure a C overall.
Description of Work: Frontier Secure provides cable television, internet and telephone services for us for about five months now.
