Ed's Arbor Care

This team was great to work with and did an excellent job including cleanup. I would definitely use the again. I‘ve trimmed the entire Arbor myself for years so I know the work, quality and value of what they did.

Very happy with my recent experience with Ed's Arbor Care. Stress-free! Communications (by phone call and text) were prompt, clear and straightforward. Ed arrived as scheduled with a team of three other guys. All four were personable, professional and easy to talk to. The work was completed in an efficient and tidy manner. The trees were substantial and well-established; they're budding out now and looking great! Based on this experience, I feel Ed's Arbor Care delivers high value for a fair price. 

His price was less than other contractors.  He came out when he said he would and did a great job.

While there web site state they accept Discover, MasterCard, VISA and Amer Exp you find out as the hand the bill to you they do not. A practice to be aware of when considering this company.

Interesting. I had a lot of fun working with this company. They were easy to work with, fair, did a great job, at a great price, in an efficient manner, and in my book, that's all that matters.

Can't wait to see my apple tree 3-4 years from now . . . it will be stunning with a couple more visits my Ed, Jason and crew. Check out the pictures of my hammock swing in the apple tree!

The only downer of the day was cheerfully greeting my new neighbor and introducing myself, all excited that this beautiful apple tree was finally getting the pruning it deserved, only to be responded to with a snotty, and quot;I hope your not cutting down that apple tree, the apples are delicious.and quot; What? I waited 8 months to close on the house so I could properly prune that tree. It's stunning now and I bet she regrets that snotty remark. It looks AWESOME!

Oh, and the hubby loves what you did to the front yard tree. He just loves the open airy feel. Funny, as happy as he is with the front yard tree, that's how happy I am about my apple tree. See you next year for sure.

Ed came out in the summer to give me an estimate on removing one rotten tree and trimming many others. We got several estimates, and his was just a little less than the others. A neighbor also vouched for his ability and professionalism. We postponed having the work done for financial reasons, and decided we could only afford to remove the rotten tree and do the trimming later. Ed came out and removed a big old rotten willow. The following weekend a limb fell off one of the other trees, and we had to have him come out and remove a big old Hawthorne. (None of the estimators caught that the Hawthorne was rotten). Once the Hawthorne was down it was clear that a big old Pine (which we knew had the beetle infestation and only a few more years to live) needed to come down, too. It had few limbs on the side where the other trees had been and leaned toward the garage.
It certainly would have been nice if it cost less, but the trees were big, old, and their branches were entwined with telephone and electric wires, so it was a time-consuming process to tweeze all the limbs out from the wires. There is an old but small Japanese Maple under the Pine and Hawthorne, and it suffered no damage from all the work over its head.e

The crew of 4, including ED, showed up at 10 and worked non-stop. We had a little mishap when a cable line was cut, but they immediately called Comcast and everything was repaired within two hours. To be fair, this was not their fault. The cable line was sitting in the midst of the arborvitaes. The crew worked hard and efficiently. They are experts. They cleaned my yard of all debris and even did things I hadn't asked that was obviously in need of attention. I am having them back next week to trim my Rhodies for the first time ever. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Also, instead of eight widow makers, there were thirteen. I was not charged anything additonal. I have used Ed's for years and this is the first opportunity I've had to say...THANKS.
