Ken did an outstanding job for us. I called him at 5:00 and 40 minutes
later the traps were set. He mentioned that due to the nature of the
hills this may take more than one try. When new hills he arose he was
here the next day. Two weeks later all activity had ceased. He was
very friendly and did not charge for the 2nd visit. We will use him
next time.

Ken Hooser of East Side Mole Works of Gresham, Oregon was a pleasant guy to work with. He had limited reviews on Angie's List but those reviews had been favorable. I live in Gresham and felt he would able to provide speedy service and he did! After calling him at 4 p.m. he arrived within 20 minutes! Within the next 20 minutes he had dug into my mole and quot;moundsand quot; and found 3 tunnels and planted 3 traps (2 in front yard, 1 in back). Within 10 days he returned and 2 large moles had been trapped. I was very happy with Ken's prompt response and, so far, the results have been great. I only wish I'd called him sooner. Ken never returned my email, but returned my phone call the same day and set traps that day too. $150 for one month's service. It is a lot cheaper to do multiple months of service, I believe! Ken is happy to teach, so you can try trapping moles on your own should they decide to make your yard their residence again. I checked the traps a few days later, and the mole was indeed caught! I buried and called Ken, who came around that day to collect his traps. Ken always arrived when he said he would and was polite. No problems.

I HAD A MOLE IN MY FRONT AND BACK YARD. I HIRED ONE EXTERMINATOR WHO WAS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE AND DID NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. I ALSO BOUGHT AND TRIED NUMEROUS PRODUCTS. I HIRED KEN AND I DON'T HAVE A MOLE PROBLEM. WITH A GUARANTEE!!
