The removal and the hose bib were done promptly and well. The people were courteous and knowledgeable. It was the concrete that I was unhappy with. It was angled poorly so that there is a puddle under the new awning when it rains enough (which is often in the fall/winter). I asked them to fix it, but the person who did the concrete was unwilling to grind down a channel for the rain water to follow. He cut two thin grooves with a saw, but they were too little. After a few attempts to get him out to fix it, I gave up.
