They're really, really nice people. It's what you would call like a family business. Women don't know what they're doing when they take an automobile in. Really, these people are very careful, so I recommend them. I would lean on them again. My car is old - 2007, but I've got new tires and so I'm okay. If anything major goes wrong, I would go right back to them. I do get my oil change somewhere else, but I would go to them. They're quite a ways away from me.

I have been using this company for years. They are convenient and do a great job. The pricing is reasonable and staff is very professional. I have never had problem getting my car into them and they are really quick at completing the service.

I dropped my car off at the shop around 10am. The check engine light was on as well as the brake light. The problem turned out to be an ignition coil and it was low on brake fluid. They called me around 12:30 pm and let me know that they topped off the brake fluid free of charge and that the cost of repairs for the ignition coil would be $175. A few months prior we had issues with a different ignition coil and Firestone priced the repairs at $425. Insane! We opted to let Cleveland auto fix the problem and they completed it by 2:30pm. They did not charge me a diagnostic fee. We even spoke to the mechanic who informed us the the ignition coil that he replaced could be returned to auto-zone for a refund because it was faulty. I have never been treated so fairly at a mechanic. They will be receiving our business for many years to come.

Had car towed to their shop. Got an estimate on repairs and gave the go ahead. Car was completed the next day and all is well. Parts were at a reasonable price. My main concern was finding an honest shop and that's what I got. Fair price and honest bid.

I selected this company for my car work because of the A's in Angie's List and the company's close proximity to my home. I had bought my 2006 Vibe 1.5 yrs before and essentially had nothing done to it since purchase because it worked fine. When I made the appointment, the scheduler sounded friendly and competent. But I didn't see her when I came in. Instead I was greeted by another lady who told me to handwrite onto a 50's looking form what service I wanted. I said I didn't know, but that I had brought what few service records I had for the maintenance supervisor to scan to see what should be done. She had no interest in those and insisted on the handwritten form that is to be completed by the customer, not a front desk maintenance supervisor. When I asked for a supervisor to help, she was non-responsive. When I've gone to maintenance shops over the years, there was always a person who could tell me what should be done, offer me pros and cons, and I could make a choice of which things to do based on priorities and prices. Then the bill would show what I should get done in the future. This lady knew nothing, simply repeated to me several times that I needed to change the oil more often, and did not try to get assistance from someone to answer my questions. Finally I left the car there because I felt I had waited too many months to service my car and just needed to get it done. Hopefully they would be thorough and notice if something was needed. They called later that day and said it was ready. I got the bill, which had no recommendations about future work. I went out to the car on this hot day and the AC was extremely loud when I turned it on. So I walked back in (I use a cane) and reported that it was loud and had not been that way when I left it for work. She told me to return to the car and she would send the mechanic out. I waited 10 minutes in the 95F heat in the sun and had just gotten out of the car to wait in the lobby when a grim-looking young mechanic came out and asked what the problem was. I explained, and he took the car and was gone while I waited for 20-30 minutes in the lobby. A more supervisory-type guy commented that apparently the mechanic had knocked leaf litter into something and that was making the noise, so the mechanic had to take that something apart and clear it out, then put it back together. It was not a good experience for me. The lady at the desk seemed to have nothing to do but stare at a computer screen that we could likewise observe; she appeared to be perhaps learning a new software program. Since the company had several bays for the cars, I'm surprised that this indicator that they do a fair volume of work didn't have a professional at the front desk to answer questions, assess needs, and provide recommendations including for future work. This is what I've gotten when I've gone to all other repair places over the last 30 years. I would not consider going back to them and do not recommend them unless you know exactly what you need and perhaps have known them a long time. Truly a place that runs like and is an old mom and pop business in which I was greatly disappointed.

A friend referred them to me. I am very glad I found them. They are great. It is a family owned business. The lady who runs the front is very nice. They told me what they were going to do and gave me an estimate. She called the next day with the cost. They had to order a part and they had it ready the next day. I would definitely use them again.

My 1998 Camaro needed another tune-up and the air conditioner fixed before I moved to Arizona. The air conditioner would not blow anything but warm air. I had taken the car to another shop in the spring specifically to get the air conditioner fixed, but it failed after only three months. Now here it is, almost a year later, and the air conditioner is still working just fine, thanks to the great mechanics at Cleveland Auto Repair.

We have been going to this auto repair service for over 12 years. We own a 1997 Dodge Dakota, which was purchased new. This truck has almost 200,000 miles on it and it runs like new. When I worked (now retired) I traveled all over the state and never had a problem with it, thanks to Cleveland Auto Repair's competent mechanics and front office staff. Their prices are incredible when compared to other auto repair services and particularly when compared to dealerships (which are incredibly high). I stopped going to the dealer because the repairs were not performed in a competent manner and I just got tired of having to leave the vehicle with the dealer for repairs that were patchy, tentative and temporary (not the local dealer). This has not been the case with Cleveland. Once they repair something it stays repaired. Again, their prices are very good, their estimates are very accurate and the repairs are very timely. I would not use any other Independent Auto Service and, of course, I highly recommend Cleveland Auto Repair.

I have had marvelous experiences with Cleveland Auto Repair. They are wonderful. They found the problem and it turned out to be simple and inexpensive. They fixed it and put it back on the road. They do not charge you when it is not necessary. I was very satisfied. I would recommend this company and I will continue to use them in the future whenever needed.

This is first time that I took my car here. We chose them because they use Valvoline products. We thought that they were wonderful. I felt that they were honest. The price is average. They have an area to wait, but there is convenient shopping.

They appear to be very honest when we take our car in. We take it in sometimes thinking it will be a major repair and they are honest about the problem and don't try to sell us on a more expensive repair. They are quick about finishing our car the same day if we drop it off early and call us when it's ready. We have recommended him to other people and they told us it was a good experience for them as well.

I dropped off my truck and asked them to look it over as I thought the tranny was going out. They called later to give me a quote, and I actually took a couple of days to call around to get other quotes before I told them to do the work. They explained the difference between a rebuilt and reman transmission. The cost seemed to fall in line with what other shops were quoting for a rebuilt tranny. They did check the spark plugs, wires and cap; told me they were fine and NOT in need of replacing. Overall, no complaints. I think everything was reasonably priced. I would say that other reports on Angie's list were positive which is the main reason I chose this shop, and my experience was positive as well.

My vehicle is my baby and I don't want just anyone putting their hands on it. The personnel at Cleveland Auto Repair, Inc. were professional, clean, fairly priced, and honest, and they will have my business for any vehicle I own. I asked them to check my brakes, and they said I didn't need any at this time. Is this honest or what? When they finished with my vehicle, it was purring like it just had a complete makeover.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST AND FORTHCOMING WITH INFORMATION. AFTER SHOWING A LONG LIST OF REPAIRS DEEMED NECESSARY BY ANOTHER SHOP, IT WAS EXPLAINED TO US THAT NONE OF THE PROPOSED WORK IN THE VERY EXPENSIVE ESTIMATE WOULD AFFECT EMISSIONS AT ALL. CLEVELAND AUTO IS NOT ON DEQ'S SHOP LIST AS IT DOESN'T OWN THE TESTING EQUIPMENT. THE OTHER GUYS HAVE THE EQUIPMENT, BUT NEITHER THE BRAINS NOR INTEGRITY! WE'LL GIVE OUR PATRONAGE TO CLEVELAND FIRST IN THE FUTURE. THEY ARE COMPETENT, HONEST AND FAIR.
