It went fine.

Their price was very good; they came substantially lower than other bids. They showed up a couple of days later than the actual date and had to do some other work in the meanwhile, so, they left without cleaning things. They left a lot of mess around the yard. We had ordered opening skylights and they got fixed skylights. So, we had to have them come back for cleanup and finish up skylights. Eventually, they did an okay job, but, I am still going to call my contractor to fix the shingles around the chimney.

He's reliable, punctual and reasonably priced. I will continue to use him in the future.

I would recommend him to anyone else.

The work that was completed was done in a very professional manner and performed in a very timely manner. I will definitely be a repeat customer for this contractor.

Charles gave me an estimate for repair only and said the roof would last a few more years so no need to replace it at this time. I was sure he would tell me that it needed to be torn off and replaced!! I was surprised! My main roof will need replacing in a few years and I definitely will call him again! I have to say that the guy he sent to do the work was 1/2 hour late and I did not receive a call to let me know.
